Federally recognized, tax-exempt non-profits serving the residents of Allegan County are eligible to apply. Organizations that desire to apply must schedule a meeting with Foundation staff to discuss their programs/project prior to receiving a grant application. Appointments are available from starting in late July for organizations applying for a Youth (TAG Team) grant and starting in September for those applying only for a Legacy Grant. Please contact the Foundation after July 1 to schedule an appointment.
YOUTH GRANT DUE DATE: Grants for non-profits serving youth are due to the TAG Team by 5 pm, the first Friday in September of each year. *NOTE: Previous years the deadline was the first Friday in November.
Grants addressing health & human services, arts & culture or the economy & environment are due to the Foundation by 5 pm December 22, 2017.
