Since 1965, the Allegan County Community Foundation
has helped area residents maximize the effectiveness
of their charitable giving. The ACCF is a public charity
serving thousands of donors and non-profit agencies
who share a common goal-improving the quality of life
in Allegan County.
The ACCF enables
everyone to make a lasting gift to their community in
a way that best reflects their charitable goals. Gifts
of all sizes are welcome, and are tax-deductible; most
also qualify for the Michigan Tax Credit. The Foundation invests and administers
all contributions, awarding grants to many of the humanitarian,
educational, and cultural nonprofit organizations in
our county.
The next time you
enter your local library or school...or enjoy arts and
recreational opportunities in your community...or use
the services provided by your fire department or hospital...know
that chances are good the ACCF has provided financial
support to that organization.
Copies of the Foundation's
990, 990-T and most recent audit can be requested by
calling the Foundation at 269.673.8344.

The mission of the
Allegan County Community Foundation (ACCF) is to provide
the means for donors to make a lasting impact on Allegan
County through the establishment and growth of endowed
funds. These funds are used to address the ever-changing
social, cultural, educational, and recreational needs
of county residents, through grants distributed to nonprofit
agencies serving Allegan County.
